Payment is required up front after discussion and confirmation of commission details. Payment plans may be available upon request, subject to individual negotiations. Work will not begin until payment is received in full.

I do not accept refunds after art has passed the approval sketch phase and inking has begun. Up to a 50% refund can be issued upon request before sketch has been fully approved for inking.

Client understands and agrees that in event of initiating a chargeback for successfully rendered services/products, client will be permanently blacklisted and all efforts will be made to contest said chargeback with client's payment service

I have PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, and Ko-fi available for payment methods [USD only]

I do not work to deadlines unless explicitly requested and approved during initial commission details discussion. If you want a deadline no matter how far off, you must communicate this during initial discussion. There may be an upcharge for tighter turnarounds.

FOR REGULAR COMMISSIONS: An initial sketch will be sent for approval, and once approved I will continue with finishing the piece to completion. You may request additional check-ins at the line art and flat color steps.

Any changes MUST be requested in the above step[s]. Any alterations beyond very minor after confirmation may incur a small editing fee dependent on amount of change. I will always fix mistakes at no charge.

FOR YCHs: due to their inherent sketchy nature, the sketch and lineart phase for YCHs may be hybridized when sending for initial approval, so major edits to YCH pieces may incur a fee

I accept private work, though it must be explicitly communicated to me otherwise any work will be posted at my discretion, up to and including as a sample for sales, self-promotion, etc. You must communicate to me during commission details discussion if you want your piece to be private.

“Your Character Here" [YCH] works are not exclusive to a single client unless otherwise stated

I retain ownership of denied/cancelled artwork, and the right to reuse said pieces as I see fit

You may use art purchased from me for personal/non-commercial uses such as icons, banners, etc as long as they are credited

You may repost your purchased art from me as long as it is credited and linked back to my galleries
